Planning Commission Agenda
Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the Village of Whitehouse will meet on Monday, November 17, 2008, at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Whitehouse Village Hall at 6925 Providence Street, Whitehouse, Ohio.
AGENDA
1. Call the Public Hearing to order to hear testimony on a zoning map amendment request from Tom J. Waldeck and Margaret Waldeck, for property located at 5935 Weckerly Road. The petitioners are requesting a zoning change from R-1 Single Family Residential to R-3 Single Family Residential. If the request is approved, the Applicants propose to remove the existing building structure and build a single family residence on that lot.
2. Call the Regular Meeting to Order
3. Approve Minutes of the October 13, 2008, Planning Commission Meeting.
4. Review, discuss and make a recommendation regarding Staff Report 2008-06 relative to the Zoning Map Amendment requested by Tom J. Waldeck and Margaret Waldeck, Applicants/property owners. The applicants are requesting a zoning change from R-1 Single Family Residential to R-3 Single Family Residential.
5. Other business as appropriate under the Charter.
